The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments to accommodate various storage needs. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts forming structurally secure joints, and sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports that prevent beam rotation under full load. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and includes sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard decking, which ships in two pieces. Assembly is easy and tool-free, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and the open design allows access from all four sides. This product complies with industrial shelving standards and is designed for quick expansion and stability without the use of bolting starter units together.
