The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable, adaptable storage with adjustable open shelves at 1" increments, enabling easy customization. The unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock into the corner posts with double rivet button stud construction, preventing back and side sway while providing structural stability. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under load. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish protects the sturdy roll-formed steel framing. The kit includes sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking, which ships in two pieces, and the system allows easy assembly with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving dimensions and configurations accommodate various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly every facility layout.
