The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wood decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. Open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for flexible configuration. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints and eliminating back and side sway. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish offers durability, and the sturdy, smooth precut 5/8" thick particleboard wood decking provides cost-effective solid decking, which ships in two pieces. Easy assembly is achieved with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
