The SC Preferred 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage space in retail, industrial, and commercial environments. It features a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments for adaptable storage. The open design allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams for vertical adjustment at 1" increments, while chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish ensures durability. Wire decking ships in two pieces and provides ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and allows sprinkler water to pass through for fire safety. Assembly is easy and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components with roll-formed steel framing and front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts for structural stability, eliminating back and side sway.
