The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wire shelving is designed to maximize storage with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. It features durable, adaptable storage with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The open design allows four-sided access, providing maximum flexibility, and the wire decking facilitates ventilation, visibility, and light penetration while allowing sprinkler water to pass throughout racks for improved fire safety. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers with double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The unit has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and is easy to assemble with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Wire mesh ships in two pieces.
