The SC Preferred 4-shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wire shelving is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, and the kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers along with double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The wire mesh decking, which ships in two pieces, provides ventilation, visibility, and light penetration while allowing sprinkler water to pass throughout the racks for improved fire safety. The shelving assembly is easy to set up without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components that ensure structural security and stability. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports prevents beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. The shelving features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and offers four-side access due to the open design.
