The SC Preferred 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wire shelving is designed to maximize storage capacity with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. It features durable, adaptable storage with adjustable open shelves at 1" increments, allowing four-side access for maximum flexibility. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and no bolts, nuts, or clips are required for easy assembly with snap-in components. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing and front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load, while double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically on 1" increments. Wire decking enhances ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, allowing sprinkler water to pass through easily to improve fire safety. The wire mesh ships in two pieces, and the shelving is available in various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every facility area.
