The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wire shelving is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. It offers durable and adaptable storage solutions suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, providing flexibility for various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every facility area. This shelving unit features easy assembly with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and allows for expansion by joining units with increased stability and less construction compared to bolting starter units together. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, while front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner post to form a structurally secure joint that eliminates both back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T-posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable in 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, and the wire decking facilitates ventilation, visibility, and light penetration. The open wire design allows sprinkler water to pass throughout racks, improving fire safety. The wire mesh ships in two pieces. Warranty terms are provided for this product.
