The SC Preferred 4 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features adjustable open shelves at 1" increments and offers durable, adaptable storage for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. Various heights, widths, and depths accommodate nearly every facility area, with an open design allowing four-side access for maximum flexibility. The assembly is easy with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving is constructed from sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support and includes front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 GA steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. It has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and wire decking that promotes ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, allowing sprinkler water to pass through easily to improve fire safety and reduce insurance premiums. The wire mesh ships in two pieces.
