The SC Preferred 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wire shelving is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments for customizable configurations. The unit is easy to assemble with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Constructed from sturdy roll-formed steel framing for maximum support, it includes front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded and double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit contains rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish provides durability, and the wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, facilitating sprinkler water flow throughout racks for improved fire safety. The wire mesh ships in two pieces.
