The kit includes 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments, providing open adjustable shelves with easy assembly requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing offers maximum support with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under load, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. The chip resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, while the wire mesh shelving, which ships in two pieces, allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, facilitating sprinkler water flow for improved fire safety. The shelving system’s open design allows four-side access, providing maximum flexibility and easy expansion by joining units with increased stability and less construction effort than bolting starter units together.
