The SC Preferred 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wire shelving is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial applications, providing durable and adaptable storage with a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, offering flexibility with various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every facility area. The easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components for quick set-up and expansion, with added stability when joining units. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing ensures maximum support, and front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under load. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments, finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel. Wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water flow for improved fire safety and insurance benefits. The wire mesh ships in two pieces.
