The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wire shelving is designed to maximize storage space with a max storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. Suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, it features adjustable open shelves at 1" increments and easy assembly with no bolts, nuts, or clips required. The shelving unit offers various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly any facility area, with an open design allowing four-sided access for maximum flexibility. Snap-in components enable easy setup, and expansion is simplified by joining units with greater stability compared to bolting starter units together. Constructed from sturdy roll-formed steel framing with chip resistant gray baked enamel finish, it includes front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts for a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. Each add-on unit contains rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically on 1" increments. The wire decking facilitates ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water passage, enhancing fire safety. The wire mesh ships in two pieces.
