The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wire shelving is designed to maximize storage with a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving offers an open design for four-side access and easy assembly with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints and eliminating back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments, finished with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel. The wire decking facilitates ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, allowing sprinkler water to pass throughout the racks easily, enhancing fire safety and lowering insurance premiums. The wire mesh ships in two pieces.
