The SC Preferred™ 4 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving add-on with wire shelving is designed to maximize storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It is suitable for retail, commercial, and industrial applications, featuring durable and adaptable storage with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that vertically adjust in 1" increments. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. The wire decking, which ships in two pieces, allows ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water to pass throughout the racks easily, improving fire safety. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, facilitating quick setup and expansion by joining units with increased stability and less construction compared to bolting starter units together.
