The SC Preferred 3 Shelf standard duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable roll-formed steel framing with 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments, secured by double rivet button stud construction to lock beams into corner posts for structural stability and elimination of back and side sway. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and provide four-side access for maximum flexibility. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. Wire decking, which ships in two pieces, allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration while enabling sprinkler water to pass easily throughout racks, improving fire safety. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
