The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty channel boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. Suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, the open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The 96"W double rivet channel beams provide extra support, and the shelving features front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The open design allows four side access, providing maximum flexibility. The wire decking ships in two pieces and allows ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water to pass throughout racks, improving fire safety. The entire unit is finished with a chip resistant gray baked enamel. Assembly is easy with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
