The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty channel boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes 2" x 1", 14 ga steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts with double rivet button stud construction to eliminate sway, and 96"W double rivet channel beams for extra support. The wire decking ships in two pieces and allows ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water flow, enhancing fire safety. The shelving has a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish and offers easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no nuts, bolts, or clips. The open design provides four side access, front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, and the unit complies with standards for retail, commercial, and industrial use.
