The SC Preferred 4 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving add-on with wire shelving is designed to maximize your storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing customization for various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly every area of your facility. The open design provides four-side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. This add-on simplifies expansion by joining units with more stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, while front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. Wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, while sprinkler water passes through the racks easily, improving fire safety and potentially lowering insurance premiums.
