The SC Preferred™ 3 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving add-on with wire shelving is designed to maximize storage capacity with a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 14 ga steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts for a structurally secure joint, and wire decking for ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, allowing sprinkler water to pass easily through the racks for improved fire safety. The shelving is constructed of sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. Its chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish provides durability. Assembly is easy and tool-free, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and expansion is simplified by joining add-on units with greater stability and less construction compared to bolting starter units together.
