The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with wire shelving is designed to maximize storage areas with a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The open design allows four-sided access, providing maximum flexibility. Easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components for quick setup. Expansion is facilitated by joining units with greater stability and less construction compared to bolting starter units together. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing offers maximum support, with front-to-back supports that prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability. Wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration while enabling sprinkler water to pass through easily, which improves fire safety and lowers insurance premiums.
