The SC Preferred 3 Shelf heavy-duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial applications. It features a max storage weight capacity of 1800 lbs. per level and durable, adaptable open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into the corner posts, providing a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and wire decking that allows ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water flow for improved fire safety. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing and front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, and the open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility.
