The SC Preferred 4 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed to maximize storage with a maximum storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments for customizable storage configurations. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into corner posts for structural security, eliminating back and side sway. The roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load. The wire decking allows ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water flow for improved fire safety. The shelving is coated with a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and offers easy assembly with snap-in components—no bolts, nuts, or clips required. This open design allows four-sided access, providing maximum flexibility for various facility layouts.
