The SC Preferred 5 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Add On with wire shelving is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and the kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers along with double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The shelving features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and wire decking that allows ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, while enabling sprinkler water to pass throughout racks for improved fire safety. The open design enables four-sided access for maximum flexibility, and the sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports prevents beam rotation when fully loaded. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts to form structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Assembly is easy and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components. Wire mesh ships in two pieces. Warranty information is provided with the product.
