The SC Preferred 3 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Starter with laminate decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial storage applications, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. This durable and adaptable storage solution features adjustable open shelves that can be positioned at 1-inch increments for maximum flexibility. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, along with double riveted horizontal beams that lock into the corner posts using double rivet button stud construction, providing structural stability and preventing back and side sway. Front-to-back supports help prevent beam rotation under full load. The laminate decking is 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging, finished with a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface in white. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and offers easy assembly with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips.
