The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage area in retail, commercial, and industrial applications, with a maximum storage weight capacity of 1200 lbs. per level. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, and the kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, along with double rivet button stud horizontal beams that lock securely into corner posts for structural stability and prevention of back and side sway. The shelving features a durable roll-formed steel frame with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under load, a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, and a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean 1/2" thick melamine surface decking with pre-cut square edging in white laminated particle board, which ships in two pieces. The system allows easy assembly without bolts, nuts, or clips and provides four-side access and adaptability with various heights, widths, and depths to fit nearly every facility layout.
