The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial settings, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It offers durable and adaptable storage with open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments. The shelving features a sturdy roll-formed steel framing with 2" x 1" 14 GA steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically on 1" increments. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner posts to create structurally secure joints, eliminating back and side sway. The unit includes stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface decking measuring 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging in a white laminate finish. The chip-resistant shelving has a gray baked enamel finish. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The particle board decking ships in two pieces.
