The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial settings, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It features durable, adaptable open shelves that are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing four-side access for maximum flexibility. The shelving is constructed with sturdy roll-formed steel framing and includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, along with double rivet button stud horizontal beams that lock securely into corner posts to prevent back and side sway. The front-to-back supports help prevent beam rotation under full load. The 1/2" thick laminate decking has a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface with pre-cut square edging and a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. Assembly is easy with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, and units can be joined with more stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together.
