The SC Preferred 5 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. It features durable roll-formed steel framing and front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing versatile configuration, with snap-in components for easy assembly requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjusting vertically on 1" increments. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface decking, measuring 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging.
