The SC Preferred 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a maximum storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level. It features durable, adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and the unit offers easy assembly with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelving system includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, while front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish enhances durability, and the stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface decking measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging in white laminated color. Various heights, widths, and depths accommodate nearly every facility area, with open design offering four-side access for maximum flexibility.
