The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving Starter with Laminate Decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a max storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level, suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and feature an easy assembly process requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double-riveted horizontal beams to prevent rotation under full load, and a double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. The shelving has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish, and the laminate decking is stain resistant, easy to clean, measures 1/2" thick, and has pre-cut square edging with a white laminated surface. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility, while sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support.
