The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage with a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. This durable and adaptable shelving system is suitable for retail, commercial, and industrial spaces, featuring open shelves adjustable at 1" increments for flexibility. The open design allows four-side access, and the system is easy to assemble without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components for quick setup. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, and front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway for structural stability. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The deck is a 1/2" thick, stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface with pre-cut square edging and a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish on the steel framing.
