The SC Preferred™ 5 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 14 ga steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock into corner posts with double rivet button stud construction, providing a structurally secure joint that prevents back and side sway. The open design allows four side access for maximum flexibility, and easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components for quick setup. Front-to-back supports help prevent beams from rotating when fully loaded. The shelves measure 1/2" thick with a stain resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface decking that has pre-cut square edging and a chip resistant gray baked enamel finish. Particle board ships in two pieces. This shelving unit is suited for retail, commercial, and industrial applications and provides secure, expandable storage with minimal construction effort.
