The SC Preferred™ 4 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving starter with laminate decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial applications, offering a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It features durable roll-formed steel framing with 2" x 1" 14 GA steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments, providing sturdy support and preventing beam rotation under full load. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, and the open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. Assembly is easy, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips, using snap-in components. The shelving includes stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface decking that measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging, finished in chip-resistant gray baked enamel with white laminated surfaces. The double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway.
