The SC Preferred 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage area with a max storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. It is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, offering durable and adaptable storage. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for flexible use. The shelving unit features an open design that provides four side access for maximum flexibility and easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Expansion is simplified by joining units with greater stability and less construction effort than bolting two starter units together. The shelving is constructed with sturdy roll-formed steel framing and front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts for a structurally secure joint, eliminating back and side sway. Each add-on includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments. The finish is a chip-resistant gray baked enamel, and the decking is a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean 1/2" thick melamine surface with pre-cut square edging, white laminated. Particle board ships in two pieces.
