The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf standard duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage capacity with a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It features durable and adaptable storage suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, with open shelves adjustable at 1" increments. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock securely into corner posts using double rivet button stud construction to eliminate sway. The 1/2" thick laminate surface decking is stain resistant and easy to clean, made of particle board shipped in two pieces, with pre-cut square edging and a gray baked enamel chip-resistant finish on the steel framework. The open design allows four-side access, and the assembly is easy without bolts, nuts, or clips, featuring snap-in components and front-to-back supports that prevent beam rotation under load. Various heights, widths, and depths are available to accommodate nearly every facility area, and expansion is facilitated by joining units with greater stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together.
