The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf standard duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial applications to maximize storage areas with various heights, widths, and depths available. It features a max storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level and adjustable open shelves at 1" increments. The easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips, utilizing snap-in components for quick setup. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating a structurally secure joint to eliminate back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 GA steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish protects the metal frame, while the stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface decking is 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging in white laminate. The particle board ships in two pieces.
