The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf standard duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage areas with a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. It is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring durable and adaptable storage that accommodates various heights, widths, and depths. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing flexible configuration, and the open design provides four-side access. Easy assembly is enabled with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing supports the structure, while front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, creating structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double-riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface decking, measuring 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging, enhance durability and maintenance. The particle board ships in two pieces.
