The SC Preferred 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial applications, providing durable and adaptable storage with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing offers maximum support, with front-to-back supports that prevent beam rotation when fully loaded, and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white melamine laminate surface decking measure 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging, while open shelves allow four side access for maximum flexibility. The shelving system features an open design with snap-in components enabling easy assembly without bolts, nuts, or clips, and dimensions are available in various heights, widths, and depths to suit nearly every storage area. The particle board deck ships in two pieces.
