The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf Standard Duty Boltless Shelving starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. This durable and adaptable storage solution suits retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring adjustable open shelves at 1" increments for customized organization. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1", 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that vertically adjust in 1" increments, allowing easy assembly without the need for bolts, nuts, or clips. Sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports prevents beam rotation, while double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the corner post, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. The package includes a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish on the steel components and a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white melamine surface decking that measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging. The particle board ships in two pieces.
