The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf Standard Duty Boltless Shelving Starter with laminate decking provides durable and adaptable storage for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. per level. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing for customizable storage configurations. The easy assembly requires no bolts, nuts, or clips; components snap together quickly for efficient setup. The unit features sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation under full load, and double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts for a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish complements the stain-resistant, easy-to-clean 1/2" thick melamine surface decking with pre-cut square edging in white laminate. The particle board ships in two pieces.
