The SC Preferred 4 Shelf Heavy Duty Boltless Shelving starter with laminate decking is designed for retail, commercial, and industrial applications, offering durable and adaptable storage with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. The unit features open shelves adjustable at 1" increments, with rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock into the corner posts for structural security, preventing back and side sway. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface decking, which measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging, enhance durability. The shelving includes sturdy roll-formed steel framing and front-to-back supports to prevent beam rotation when fully loaded. Assembly is easy with snap-in components and requires no bolts, nuts, or clips. The particle board ships in two pieces.
