The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf Standard Duty Boltless Shelving starter kit with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage area in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, accommodating various heights, widths, and depths. Each level supports a maximum storage weight of 1000 lbs. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, allowing easy customization, and assembly is simple with snap-in components that require no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with front-to-back supports preventing beam rotation under full load, and double rivet button stud construction locking perimeter beams into corner posts for structural security and elimination of sway. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean white laminated melamine surface decking measure 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging. The particle board ships in two pieces.
