The SC Preferred™ 5 Shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1500 lbs. per level. It features durable roll-formed steel framing with 14 GA steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments, allowing customizable open shelves accessible from all four sides. The open design and snap-in components enable easy assembly without bolts, nuts, or clips, and units can be joined for expanded, stable storage with less construction effort. Front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load, while double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts, eliminating back and side sway. The kit includes a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface laminate decking that is 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging in white/laminated.
