The SC Preferred™ 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving starter with laminate decking is designed to maximize your storage area with a maximum storage weight of 1200 lbs. per level. This durable and adaptable storage solution is suitable for retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, featuring open shelves adjustable at 1" increments for flexibility. The kit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that lock perimeter beams into the corner posts, providing a structurally secure joint to eliminate back and side sway. The open design allows four side access, and the sturdy roll-formed steel framing with front-to-back supports prevents beam rotation when fully loaded. Assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The shelves feature a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean 1/2" thick melamine laminate surface with pre-cut square edging in white. The particle board ships in two pieces.
