The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1800 lbs. per level. It features durable, adaptable open shelves adjustable at 1" increments, constructed with sturdy roll-formed steel framing and double rivet button stud construction that locks perimeter beams into corner posts to eliminate back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams that adjust vertically on 1" increments. The shelving is finished with a chip resistant gray baked enamel and includes a stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface decking measuring 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging, in white laminated color. The open design allows four-side access for maximum flexibility, and assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Expansion is simplified by joining units with more stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together.
