The SC Preferred 4 shelf heavy duty boltless shelving add-on with laminate decking is designed to maximize storage area in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces, supporting a maximum storage weight of 1400 lbs. per level. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments, featuring easy assembly with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Various heights, widths, and depths accommodate nearly every facility area, with an open design allowing four-side access for maximum flexibility. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, while front-to-back supports prevent beam rotation under full load. Double rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into corner posts for structurally secure joints, eliminating back and side sway. Each add-on unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers and double riveted horizontal beams adjustable vertically in 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and stain-resistant, easy-to-clean melamine surface decking measures 1/2" thick with pre-cut square edging in white laminated particle board, which ships in two pieces.
