The SC Preferred™ 3 shelf commercial duty boltless shelving add-on with no decking is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial spaces. The kit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams, and single rivet horizontal beams that adjust vertically in 1" increments to accommodate various heights. The top and bottom shelves use double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway, while the center shelf uses single rivet beams. The open shelf design allows four-sided access for maximum flexibility, and the entire unit features a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish. The shelving is easy to assemble with snap-in components, requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. Dimensions and decking are to be ordered separately. The product is built with durable, roll-formed steel framing for sturdy support and easy expansion by joining units with more stability and less construction than bolting two starter units together.
