The SC Preferred 3 Shelf commercial duty boltless shelving starter with wire decking is designed for durable and adaptable storage in retail, industrial, and commercial spaces, maximizing storage area with various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every facility area. The open shelves are adjustable at 1" increments and the assembly is easy with snap-in components requiring no bolts, nuts, or clips. The sturdy roll-formed steel framing provides maximum support, with top and bottom shelves using double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into corner posts, forming a structurally secure joint that eliminates back and side sway, while the center shelf uses single rivet beams. Each starter unit includes rugged 2" x 1" 14 gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams, and single rivet horizontal beams adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and wire decking allow ventilation, visibility, light penetration, and sprinkler water passage throughout the racks, improving fire safety and lowering insurance premiums.
