The SC Preferred™ 3 Shelf Boltless Shelving Add On with wire shelving is designed to maximize storage areas in retail, commercial, and industrial applications, featuring various heights, widths, and depths to accommodate nearly every facility space. The durable shelving unit includes rugged 14 gauge steel T posts punched on 1" centers, double riveted horizontal beams for the top and bottom shelves, and single rivet horizontal beams for the center shelf, all adjustable vertically at 1" increments. The top and bottom shelves utilize double rivet button stud construction to lock perimeter beams into the corner posts, forming structurally secure joints that eliminate back and side sway. The open design allows four-sided access, providing maximum flexibility, while the wire decking permits ventilation, visibility, and light penetration, also allowing sprinkler water to pass through easily for improved fire safety. The unit has a chip-resistant gray baked enamel finish and features easy assembly with snap-in components—no nuts, bolts, or clips are required, making expansion simple and more stable than bolting two starter units together.
